Two villas at the water's edge, planned as low horizontal volumes.
Il progetto
Lucerna Villas places two independent houses on a rocky shoreline plot, each kept low and horizontal so the coastline remains the dominant line. Glazing is recessed behind deep overhangs, and outdoor rooms sit between the buildings and the water.
