A development practice built around place
Seciri Developments works on residential and mixed-use projects along the Adriatic coast and in Italy, with selected work elsewhere in Europe. Each project begins with the site, its climate and its context, and is developed with architects and builders chosen for that specific brief.

Architecture
Restrained, durable buildings designed for their setting rather than a house style. Detailing and materials are resolved before construction begins.
Location
Sites are assessed for orientation, access, outlook and long-term surroundings before acquisition. We would rather pass on a site than compromise it.

Small project counts, close supervision on site and specifications that are written to last, not to present well in a brochure.
