Overview
We acquire, design and deliver residential developments, working with independent architects, engineers and contractors on each project. Our work spans single residences, small collections of homes and restoration-led projects in historic settings.
Geographic focus
Croatia and Italy are our primary markets, chosen for their coastline, building traditions and long-term demand. Selected projects elsewhere in Europe follow the same criteria.
Development approach
Every project is led by the site. We prioritise orientation and privacy, materials that age well, and construction quality that is verifiable rather than described. We keep the number of concurrent projects deliberately low.
